There is not much of a change in neomonsters actually.
The only big changes are valentine’s festival was turned into a p2w festival which offered 10x star tickets to buy the new mons hanzowolf in the shop.
Another big thing is floccu is now bad and is not in evry single team . Dusi became a stun absorber. Two new superepic rule the stun department(for f2p) . Ap spam is back a little bit . U missed one of the biggest debate after the nerf of the shop mons .
Raw Tu is nerfed but still orca is op . Nova still rules the endgame , lemon is still broken and is there to crush you. 
Deathgazer has now been changed it has gravity field . New waifus are now with less bigger tits but still there is something good in them . I think these were the biggest changes
