For the new event of showdown tower, when I reached floor 8, it jumps into the story plot and the girl gives me a gem as bonus item, but I click the screen and can’t get the gem, and I can’t keep playing the game either. I tried several times and can’t solve the problem. Do any of you guys have the same problem or it’s my iPad problem? I’m currently using iPad Pro 12.9 inch as my gaming device. Please fix the bug and thank you very much!

Note your restore-code somewhere, delete the app, reinstall the app and restore your game with the help of your code. If this ain’t gonna help contact the devs via mail

Same problem here. Not able to advance to lvl 9 because the game freezes with the “Bonus Item” screen. The screens looks like it is messed up in size. Next Button is not clickable. Really want those Legend potions.
