Well of course no ones going to want to just leave a last biter as the final monster in your team. From what I could gather, you were having trouble because as soon as they saw The Godfeather appear, they killed it. You need to set up The Godfeather with things like stun bombs or other ways to ensure that in the endgame the godfeather is the only monster left and has enough time to finish off the enemy team (stun bombs can help).
Lastbite is one of powerfull move. I cant remember how many times i got win in pvp because of that move ^^
