Seriously now, i can’t think one reason for changing the special eggs from 10x to 6x.I mean it’s very difficult to hatch a legend from special eggs and if you do it’s better to have chances for the feature legend!!In this special egg i got extremely lucky and got 3 legends but none of them was the feature legend!!! In this point there is no reason to spent gems on special eggs.I hope to bring back 10x devs!!!

It’s because of money, since you are guaranteed a featured in 6th pack now, they compensate by reducing chances per egg. All to make people roll the full 6 packs and spend more money.
Spend more money but it’s better for players too…
If you’re rolling a special egg that’s because you want the specific monster/s in the egg. Even with 10x chance on the featured one/s you may end up opening loads of packs for it. Now you get a featured guaranteed every 6th pack, so it’s more consistent.
The only real issue I have with it is how it’s always two featured legendaries. So if you only want one then there a risk you won’t even have it by the 6th pack.
I want to remind you that also on festival events usually is a guarantee hatch after 6th pack and are better chances for more legends on the same packs!!!The 2 legend features is another issue and i agree with you.In my opinion the old system for special eggs was much better and fair!!!
Just gonna say since the new monster isn’t even reliably guaranteed on sixth odds seem lower than ever for this to occur… -.- So waiting till Val day egg here to decide if I should summon. Last I recall this hasn’t happened since glori/rev egg btb. I’ll just patiently await an egg with the new dragon/azuraidos/zib… lol
Last time i remember 10x was at mid august last year with leo and wraithcaptain on special eggs!!
This is definitely a new low by devs, it’s a festival, so no extra chance per legend egg and all limited in 6th, making odds even lower for the new legend.
Keep in mind that the Onix legend was guaranteed in 6th and Bahamuzar in 12th. That was a good move, so why is it different with this legend?
Edit: 6x increase in chance for featured legends is there, apparently. Can only be seen if you click on list of legends. So in that sense, I take back the part about new low. However, putting tenebris and Azrazel with the new guy in 6th is still a lame move.
Have you actually read the moveset for the new monster?

Of course, but not in 6th guaranteed, that has always been reserved for the new legends. Like with the tezla something onix, new one in 6th and old ones in 12th seems like a great deal to me. The 6x increase combined with festival is a good step though.
I did my 6 packs. Got only two legendary drops (average 3.5) and my guaranteed. Two drops were Zhulong both times then guaranteed was Tenebris. Don’t know what you’re all complaining about 
But yeah in all seriousness I know why people would moan not having a good chance at the new one compared to others. Thing is, this particular egg has some seriously good legendaries which work well together. I’m pretty sure Azra is going to be one of the best FL legendaries in the game once the link buff comes.
I did a lot of number crunching today before rolling my eggs. I compared this egg to those with 1.5x chance and guaranteed on 1st and 3rd egg. In those eggs they don’t have increased chance on the featured, but they have lots. I assumed there were 8 featured legendaries because I think that’s the most (the amount in the anniversary egg?).
This egg = 3.6 + 1 ft. average
Anni egg = 5.5 + 1 ft. average
So clearly it’s better to do one like the anniversary egg if you want more legends. However, once you look at how many featured it gets more interesting. I’m assuming you get 6 packs and average drop rate.
Chance of getting 2 featured:
This egg = 41.9%
Anni egg = 40.4%
Chance of getting 3 featured:
This egg = 6.6%
Anni egg = 17.0%
Chance of getting 4 featured:
Anni egg = 3.1%
What’s interesting is how the chance of getting 2 of 3 featured in the current egg is very similar to getting 2 featured legendaries in probably the best egg we can see.
Getting more than 2 featured is much better in the anniversary-type egg, but that’s mainly because there are exactly three legendaries currently featured so getting all 3 is super rare. Also, we’re going into pretty low chance here anyway so you can’t expect 3 featured from the anniversary-type egg anyway.
What I’d take from this analysis is that an egg with increased chance, guaranteed 1st and 3rd pack and lots featured is definitely the best choice. However, in an egg like this with 3 featured and boosted chance it’s actually just as appealing if all three featured are decent monsters. This is because, realistically, you get a similar-ish number of featured legendaries from 6 packs and it’s focused on those 3 monsters rather than being random from a larger group.
So the tl;dr is that this egg is decent if you want the three featured legendaries. It can be better than the “best” eggs because it’s focused on a smaller number of monsters. However, it’s very poor if you only want the new legendary or have at least one already. In the case of this particular egg it seems that 6x on featured is a good choice, but maybe if there were only 1 or 2 featured monsters it should be 8x or 10x chance.
Not if you already have 2/3 of them. You have roughly a 1/10 chance of getting a specific legendary from a legendary egg that is featured btb I believe.
Well…here we go again…100gems on 2 multi 10x hatches…4 legends overall…no limited monster!!!For the records,i saw 6x chance on festival event and decided to hatch some eggs…but…neither limited monsters!!!6x chance for me is a joke!!!
4 legendaries from 20 rolls is very good, especially because that egg was probably 4% chance legendary… just saying.
I spoke about the current festival egg which has 6,1% ratio for legends!!Anyway,i don’t complain about the number of legends,l complain about the chances to hatch featured legends.In the past was much more often to actually hatch a feature monster.Obviously the devs wants it to be more rarely now days!!!
I would love to roll 6 packs for Zhulong if he is guaranteed in 6th pack, as i already have azra and tenebris so there is a chance of getting azra or tene dupe in 6th.
New legend should be guaranteed in 6th Pack like cyclozar or onix…
Yeah, but some people also want the featured mons too. The easiest way for the community is for the devs to let us choose, with the similar format of the IC’s choosing, but if this is enabled, the devs think that they will lose money, since they believe that you might be eager enough to keep spending until you get it, but in reality it just dissuades you from buying any more 10-in-1’s
Usually they do the featured and then the next two. Personally I wish they just remove the featured once you get one during a festival (and can get a different one on the sixth if you already received featured or other) at least then you don’t get duplicates of the event monster during the event 
This slight change would be enough to make me happy, at least on a few of them.
