What shade of blue is it? Could it be Navy?

You mean the 2 star Abosbrer ?
It’s in the frost island.
It says it is found on a big clearing south west of Havras but I have been farming it forever and still have not found it.
I quit don’t remember the exact place but I’ll try finding it 
I found it where Chillqueen spawns it took me quite a bit though. Thank you all <3
