There should be better or special deals for gems in shop, specially for anniversary only.
It’ll help the Devs & players who are f2p but can occasionally become p2w (just for a moment), only 150 gems are no go.
Making them a little cheap will not be catastrophic.

On the Christmas festival last year, I actually did buy one gem so I could do a pack before it ended, and got gallio as a result. Would’ve been nice to know about New Years though <_<

50% discount for anniversary. This kind of discount is absolutely absurd in my opinion. It completely undermines all those who’ve already spent loads of money in the game. Also, big spenders will launch on the opportunity and stock up with maybe a few thousand gems and the company will make a loss from their usual spending.
Maybe a special one-time deal for 300 gems at 50% of the price, that night work.
And as for the 1 gem in the shop… I’m pretty sure that’s in there for a quick and cheap tickets re-stock. I’m a completely free player and if I desperately needed more tickets to complete an event in time then I’d buy just 1 gem. Of course, I always have gems saved up but the point is that could be the function of the bundle as well as establishing the price of 1 gem so all the others can say “for the price of X gems”.

Many companies who are much bigger than neo monsters put offers all the time. The outcome is not neo monsters losing money its to aid people to enjoy it more. Offers are there to tempt people to spend and its upto the individual how much they want to spend.
