So I’m pretty new to neomonsters, and must say it’s very fun and addicting. I’m about level 20 and am looking to understand the game a little better, as I’ve just been feeling my way through thus far. Are there any threads for beginners? Thanks ahead of time!
im in similar situation. sadly there are no guides from what i can find which explains in-depth/ best ways to do X.
luckily there are some amazing people in the community and they help out as much as they can.
Not really a major need for guides… Read “Rate/Build My Team” thread to learn about some strategies.
Just takes a little bit of time to get there… once you do, there is nothing much to do in this game… lots of repetitive events.
Don’t spend money on Gem unless you got lots of em and dont mind the terrible odds for lengendaries.
Yeah, if you’ve got any questions, we’ll answer it to the best of our ability. While I’m here, I’ll share a cool trick I discovered. You know how your tickets are refilled every time you rank up? Well, once you can have 25, you can do the harp mission, and the funny thing is, it actually gives almost the same amount of exp it takes for each rank up when you’re at that level. So you can just do the mission over and over, and you’ll have tons of harps and a much higher rank.
I’m sure if you’re having issues with any specific part of the story/events/online missions, other people can definitely help out. I’m sort of new to neo monsters myself as I’ve only been playing a bit over a month but the community seems pretty helpful. Make the most out of your monsters and ultra-evolve mostly what is necessary at first. The boss battle monsters you can catch in the dungeons in-game are all pretty useful throughout the beginning of the game.
And yeah, definitely only try to use the gems when there is a festival going on with increased chances of certain legends.

was a longtime hunter island player, just downloaded neomonsters today. is there a secret way to get the Don the way there was in HI? also, what are the silver coins for that are earned doing the online missions? thanks.
the only way to get don is thru the egg hatch. silver is used for ultra evolving your monsters and giving them youth fruit.
no there is not sadly, and the silver is for ultra evolution. A lot of the hunter island mons have received new final forms in this game, including the old starters. Ultra evolution requires lots of silver, and a set of ingredients that varies depending on the monster, and it also has to be trained to the maximum.
Hey guys I have been playing for about a month or so and I need help making a good team for the online missions like getting over 3000 rank to get a certain monsters. I’ve completed most super challenge battles and rank up quests but not the pvp or pve types of quest where you have to play player created teams, can anyone help me

you want to make sure the enemy can’t attack, so use either sleep or stun to your advantage. Both work so it’s up to which ever suits your team the most
A sleep stun combo works for best results. I’ve been using the epic stun revenge/duplicate monsters around my dreamhunters.

thanks to kingben and lucrayzor for the responses. a couple other quick questions. is the team size capped at 16, or does it get larger going forward? how far up does the team cost get? so far I have unlocked 16 slots on my team, but so far doing the online side quests my team cost is only up to 66 so I am only using 12 monsters.
for the training, if a monster is max evolved (or couldn’t evolve like my Gargol), once each of the 4 characteristics HP, ATK, DEF, and SPD are showing “Max”, is there any value to continuing to include them in training? or is it just a waste at that point?

16 is the max team size, highest cost is 176 I think, and yeah, once any monster is completely maxed out, there’s nothing else for it in training.
If you mean say Hp is full but attack defence and speed aren’t and your training them is it worth using Hp still then the answer is yes as it will just level up either attack defence or speed

Yes you can. Install the game on your new phone, and then use your restore code (you should see it on the opening screen when you enter the game on your old phone) to transfer your save.
