I heard you get him from Agremis when you catch 101 arkadians. What are the rules for that? Does that mean different arkadians or can there duplicates? I’m at 85 and I’m having trouble finding the other 16. If you could also tell me where to get the rest I would be forever in debt to you 
well you have to catch different arks and i got arkwing kinda fast cause i almost fuse all the monster that are in the recipes.
Look in your encyclopedia. That can be found in your backpack. Most “???” will be ones you are missing, but I don’t think evolutions count.
If you have time, list off the ???s entry numbers you have and we’ll try to help you. ^^
