For the life of me, I cannot figure out how I’ve completely managed to miss finding this recipe and this recipe alone in-game (is it just me? Because I’ve been combing the forum, and I feel like its just me who doesn’t have it). Could anyone point me in the right direction?
It comes from a quest in the town of Raijin I believe (Crescent Island). The quest has you fight an Angelon near the south portion of the island.
I may be wrong, it’s been a while. But check that town out!

What is the other monster needed for the fusion besides leviathan?
