That’s literally every business in Japan.
And last I checked, Japan now has a law that FORCES people to take paid vacations now. The work ethic was starting to harm the country.
This one is not optional. They have to take that holiday.

Let the poor devs have a holiday. must be hell being made to ruin your own game cause management is greedy and to be forced to work nonstop, being a dev ain’t a fun job.
