Another post shows Deverino responding to a user about another case, and then he repeats himself below: “We don’t block users for using multiple accounts.”
And now they’re coming up with a different version when he never said that creating accounts was prohibited, nor how many could be created.
It’s unfair of them. First they crack down, and then they implement the law that suits them, never the player.
We hope they can resolve this; I don’t think it will be a problem for him, since there are only two of us complaining about bans.

To begin with, it means that @Coltraz can mock, laugh at, and humiliate others, and you all see it as okay and defend him simply because he pays to play the game—that makes him seem untouchable.
At what point did Cuban leaders take control of this game as well? They take measures and then enforce the law, and their subordinates, in this case security, beat those who verbally defend themselves against an injustice. Defending yourself on an issue that is affecting many members is considered spam, yet repeating the same injustice so many times isn’t.
Using multiple accounts and owning nearly 150 accounts are completely different matters. It is not practical for us to monitor that many accounts and verify whether they are being sold, distributed for free, or only used by one person.
We ban account sellers who own a similar number of accounts, so there is no reason to treat your case differently. Otherwise, everyone could claim that they are only using the accounts for themselves.
For clarification, we terminated these accounts based on Section 2(c)(1) of our Terms of Service: “Partake in any activity or action that ZigZaGame deems to be against the spirit or intent of the Services.”

im not seller i lost my accounts why im on this hahaha i cant believe, im not even cuban, i mean first all you should explain what should i do to dont be banned, because now i play with fear to be banned for anything…

I created them over a year ago, and I haven’t created any others in over eight months because with the number I have, I can open them in every sanctuary.
I already told you I enjoy creating accounts, and I don’t sell them.
If I were selling them, I wouldn’t have any on my phone with the same IP address, or rather, I would have sold them a long time ago, and I haven’t.
What I want is to have small accounts with a good number of active users and, in the future, play with some of them and continue developing others.
I asked you before if I could create accounts from scratch, and you said yes, but you never specified how many I could create.
This is the second time you’ve done this to me.
The first time, I accepted the limit because I created 10 accounts with saved files, but this time I didn’t do any of that.
Now my question is, how many accounts can I create?

Our Terms of Service have always been there and have not changed. I said you were free to create accounts from scratch because we just banned 100+ accounts of yours last year, but I did not expect you to create nearly 150. That is insane. Trust me, if you had asked whether creating 100+ accounts was acceptable, I would have clearly said no.
I cannot give you an exact number, but having fewer than 10 accounts should generally be enough to avoid being flagged by our system. However, if any of those accounts are found to be shared or traded, we will treat the case much more seriously than a single-account user.
