I Wonder what happen beacuse im sure i dont unse any bad software or something like that, only my own phone, yes i have many accounts, but the terms and conditions donât say anything about using multiple accounts on the same device being illegal or grounds for a ban. And if its because people sells accounts im sure i never do that, i dont need sells accounts for living or as a source of income. Im so happy to playing the game so much lately, this made me feel a little discouraged

It doesnât matter if someone was banned without explanation or simply has a different opinion â laughing at them doesnât make you look stronger or smarter.
Youâre a top player, always among the best, and that should be exactly the reason to behave like one. Having a high ranking and spending a lot on the game shouldnât become a license to humiliate others.

In our other game, Evertale, players are not allowed to have multiple accounts. Neo Monsters is much less strict, and we do not ban users for using 5 or even 10 accounts. However, owning over 100 accounts is unreasonable. Some users even had more than 500 accounts logged in this month.
We carried out the same check last year, and the results were very good. We recently did the same again because we have received several reports of account scams.
If you disagree, please explain why we should allow a user to own more than 100 accounts, especially when those accounts can continue to accumulate gems from the Shrine over time and rarely play.

Man, you banned six of my accounts. I donât think six accounts are 100, so you tell me. I donât know if the other people you banned had 100, 200, or 500, but in my case, it was six.
