About restore codes

Hello guys.

So, I have a doubt about the restore codes. Today I’ve been having problems with my phone, it doesn’t turn on and I believe it just broke, though I’m not 100% sure. If I buy a new device, I’d like to keep playing the game, but I wouldn’t have the code to restore my data and I already used it once to transfer my save to my phone, and the codes can only be used once a year for all I know.

Can I be able somehow to restore my save to a new device anyway even if I don’t remember my code and I already used it?

If you message the devs on facebook they can reset the code so you can use the same one again. However I don’t know if they can do that without knowing the code itself. Best to ask them honestly.

I found the code on Evernote so that won’t be a problem. How often do they answer?

Most of the time within a day so no worries :wink:

Make sure you go to the neomonsters facebook page though, it’s faster than the zigzag support page or whatever it’s called.
