So from the ultimate challange event that happend a short while ago I manage to claim my rewards, but never got the monster reward but did get gems and the pots. Is this a bug or do monsters get released later (kinda new player and for clarification I made it to in the rank 1800 area)
This is a rare issue with events like this. Contact support about it (link in the game). Let them know your friend code and exactly what you just said.
