A.L.Y.C.E. (poll and discussion)

We’ll be adding an extra condition to A.L.Y.C.E., similar to what Yin and Yang already have:
Her shield will deactivate after 2000 seconds have passed since the start of the battle.

This isn’t a nerf, it’s a measure to prevent players from stalling the game forever.
We’ve seen cases where the opponent’s 4 monsters can’t kill A.L.Y.C.E., and the A.L.Y.C.E. user also refuses to kill any enemies, leading to unnecessary time-wasting.

If you notice someone doing this kind of BM, feel free to report it to us.

If you don’t have any more monsters she should lose the shield

Yes, this can be a very good nerf idea, but we do not see the need now.

Can you give us some insight as to why the team doesn’t see the need right now? Is that a data driven decision or something else?

I’m fine with the answer being “we want to sell it one more time,” totally understand that! But I’m definitely curious about the thinking behind leaving the most unkillable endgame monster we’ve had as-is.

Then Eirlys should be able to heal herself at all times, up to 2000TU. If that’s the standard we’re setting, she deserves the same treatment.

I know this is not the right thread, but is it possible to post the limitations today or tomorrow?

This way we will know faster what we can use and what we cannot.

Alice in ultra shouldn’t have a shield

I agree with the stranger, in fact it would be better if I had it in ultra +9

Because we haven’t had any issues dealing with her. We’ve played many games during the most recent PvP and have either used her or fought against her, and so far, we don’t see the need. Besides, we can always introduce counters first.

Is she more difficult to deal with in PvE events than in PvP?
We need more feedback on this.

I also agree that her second form may need some tweaking, but that will only happen in the update after the upcoming one, since she was just released.

If there are any skill adjustments, we always make sure to implement them before reintroducing the monster. The most recent example of this is Pandora.

Personally, I was using it on ultra since I saw a good opportunity for cost savings, and it’s one of the best things I’ve been able to use for such a low cost.

Although I am not in favor of nerfs regardless of the mythical, I think not having infinite shield when running out of allies or reinforcements would be something quite interesting, as some players have suggested.

But u nerfed f2p mythic instead of releasing counter.

Did they nerf Chronozillon? Because if so, that definitely slipped under the radar.

Quite the opposite. She is easily the best PvE sweeper right now, especially for auto play. In PvP her survivability is insane, her entrance is extremely strong, and her exit can shut down two tricky revenges. On top of that she can spawn back into the same spot and immediately stun again. She works perfectly with Auro and Nephthys, she cannot be taken down without piercing, and her second form is arguably the strongest 12 cost monster in the game.

Do I really need to go on. She has way too many powerful skills that all align so smoothly. Using her is effortless, efficient, and the kind of thing that increases your win rate just by having her on the team. Just look at the top 20 teams. I am pretty sure even the top 1 player used her second form,

which is more than enough proof that this was another release that was not fully thought through.

I think shop myths are f2p myths .
It is not included in any kind of gacha systems which is the case with regular myths via gems and thus becomes a part of game progression for f2Ps.

@Dev_VKC Are shop mythics F2P aka “free”?

I didn’t know you were giving out 80 tickets for free. My 1250 stash could get some more.

Apart from Chronozillion, there is no such thing as ‘F2P myth’. It’s annoying when people keep inventing this whenever some mythic gets a nerf.

There are shop mythics, regular mythics that are in the gold eggs, and featured mythics in the special/festival eggs. All of them are “P2W myths” because a spender will unlock all of them faster than a non-spender.

i explained it before, but to them its not about weather or not the myth is faster accsessible for spenders, its about weather or not its easily accsessible for none spenders

which is why they come yelling about myths like charybdia and nophiam being f2p mythics, as shop mythics and anniversery mythics is easily accsessible and that makes them F2P myths to them,

They gave out 15 tics just from the login bonuses recently in just 2 months (if u include pvp and pve ) it is easily 20 tics (whale treasure was in this time period).

It takes arnd 12-16 months fr a regular player to gather 60-80 tics and they release only 1 myth every year . I would say this system is pretty close to being a ‘token-f2p’ .

Exactly why in gacha games a banner that happens once in a year … With increased odds are referred to as f2p events which makes the myth released via the anniv banners f2p myths or f2p friendly myths

For @Herr_Loki, Charybdia definitely will not feel like a F2P mythic. :upside_down_face:
