my opinion about the ranking is:
The game has small flaws, which are being polished step by step … and I’m glad of that … however, every day you see new errors … for example this Win Rate … It is true that many of us F2P have struggled to fight for even more than a year to be among the 1st 10 or 20 … and it has become a tough battle for a good position … in such a way , q “We reap what we sow”
We sow efforts, collect good positions … and we are happy when we get new icons that represent a good place …
However, there are the cheating people who evade effort, sacrifice and through false plots they achieve what others fight with intense effort …
This lowers our morale and makes us feel bad …
We hope that the saying is fulfilled in those cheats as well: If you sow a trap … well collect * Ban *

It’s a shame what translators can do sometimes. I think most of the points come across.
In terms of “win rate” I think GODTHOR is saying that it’s really hard to get a high win rate as a free player? I’m probably not in the best position to weigh in on that (my account is strong) but I know that quite often getting a win rate above, say, 60% boils down to someone having very good in-game decision making.
That’s such a weird standpoint, you know what’s even better for winratio a strong collection and good in-game decision making.
My Winrate always ranges between 50 and 55%. As long as I keep my winrate at 55% I will meet STRONG enemies. As Thor said … many cheaters don’t fight their positions … and it will be viral that many players give away their victories after getting the rewards … in this way their respective Winrate will decrease and they will ensure at least a good amount of Ranking Points in the ranking
