Suikenshi, for PvP where you’re trading back and forth (works behind protectors, counters protectors, stun immunity and 100TU double sweeping).
Cynthia / Kirina / Gorgodrake for PvE or PvP, in almost any scenario with a little support/setup. It’s not all about low TU sweeping but these work super well.
Scopiogeist, best stun converter sweeper.
Novadrake is up there. However, the sweeping is only amazing when you have control (protector lock or stunned enemies) and it takes things coming together for it to properly sweep. Great to build around in PvE though. What makes it a very strong monster is the combination of sweeping power AND stun wave. At either one it’s not the best (sweeping or stunning).
