I just finished and was curious to see who else finished the story as well as the online mission storyline.
Also, what did you think of it?
I thought it was absolutely amazing, strategically challenging and also with a very intriguing story line. Haven’t had this much fun in an app for so long.
Also, which mission / story battle was hardest for you?
Finished over a week ago. Can’t wait for new content! I found all the battles in the Khanate (was that how it was spelt?) arc in the story quite challenging.
I have finished the champions son was hard for me
I have and i think the story for both is pretty underated. Its cool when i look forward to more challenging battles AND the continuing story as well.
I can’t even pass espisode 1 =_=
I finished about a week ago but continue to repeat the last battle in champion son. I can only beat it about 25% of the time.
I’d definitely say episode I was one of the hardest battles. Currently stuck on Episode IV and made it close several times
I’ve just completed the last battle on Chapter 5 and have completed all online challenges and events as well as taking part in pvp beta. I must say the playing experience has definitely been frustrating at times but overall a completely satisfying game! The best part of the game (although it takes time to really adjust to the mindset) is that the strategy and overall play experience is determined by the random rolls of the eggs. This could be a game where you just throw a ton of money at it and you destroy the entire game and everyone else in it no problem. That’s not the case at all 
Money puts you in a better position statistically speaking but doesn’t guarantee you’ll get the goods or the right fitting monsters for an overall effective strategy. There really is no one size fits all strategy to this game. Once you play the latest chapter of the story mode I would imagine you would agree that your best made team didnt work on each of the different battles. Yea maybe you used essentially the same monsters in every battle but not necessarily in the same order.
I think this game is going to take away our more familiar satisfaction of grinding and catch-em-all and your lvl 99 Charizard can beat everything in the game by itself culture and replace it with the culture of bespoke strategy where the critically minded will prevail!
I agree with this entirely, and also the frustration. I hate that there is the chance that you may not roll things to adequately meet the challenges that arise, and due to that I think the difficulty ramps up too quickly with teams that are both better than yours and then buffed to levels beyond what you can reach. Combined with the fact that you get to a point where you can’t improve your monsters but can only toggle them.
Personally, I stopped working on Chapter 5 to farm the Trials while they’re available, but I’m on the Water section of 5. I imagine I’m going to have a lot of trouble in the next few missions since the only decent lightning monsters I have are Blurstrike and Skyther, coupled with the fact that my best monsters are fire… These past two Trials have been really fun though with some pretty sweet well built teams. I’d really appreciate less buffing though…
Yeah champions son wasn’t hard until I reached to the last battle for hidden realm now that was crazy I lost few times but finally i was able to win thx to my bloodcrave/timestrike snowgun
As for the episodes offline I did had a hard time cause things never goes my way but someone I manage and rearrange my monsters and win
