Which shop monster for F2P challenge?

So I have this little side project going on where I’m trying to get as far as I can in the game using only “F2P Strategy”. I’ve set the following rules for myself:

-No hatches after the mandatory one.

-Only caught monsters and those earned from the non-temporary online quests can be used. That means no monsters from events such as Purpie and Torrentide. Bitterbeast, Chronozeros and the starters are allowed. Also shop monsters are allowed because tickets can be earned rather easily and the first that is bought gets the 50% discount.

This brings me to my question, to which I’d like to hear some input from you guys: Which of the legendaries in the shop is the best one for my challenge?

I’ve created a shortlist of the best candidates:

3 tickets (optimal):

-Nebelronix
-Doomengine
-Warca
-Aviaeronix

6 tickets (still possible but 6 months is quite a long wait)

-Atrahasis
-Goldtail
-Ankoudragon

Basically what I need is some guaranteed kills and the Monsters I’ve shortlisted are able to do that. I’ll probably choose a 3 ticket monster, kind of undecided which of them would be the best. What do you guys think?

Nebelronix is probably your best shot though. Under perfect circumstances, you can get the most kills with it, and you’ll be retrying to get perfect circumstances anyway

Thanks for the input! I also thought exactly of this and actually chose Nebelronix as nobody else seemed to be interested of this thread :cry::slightly_smiling_face:

Yeah. This was a fun challenge. I didn’t do the no limited time events rule, so my run was probably a bit easier than yours will be

Perhaps. I’m convinced I can get far with Nebelronix and Demontoad’s 250 sec megabomb. Also devs kindly made Nightrider available for everybody so that’s gonna help a ton too!

OoO+Sleep Immunity can be used to stall the ai for a while to set up Megabomb

Yep I’m planning to use either that or stun.
