I emailed this game’s support team weeks ago and provided all the required information to retrieve my account. Until now, I haven’t received any response.
I’m not upset about losing the account itself, I’m frustrated because there has been no communication. If my account can no longer be retrieved, I’d appreciate being informed instead of being left without any update. I made this post hoping for answers
