I had a bunch that took 55-60 packs.
I would say don’t start hatching if you don’t have 1200-1500 gems or you know that you can buy that much.
Like 2300 gems. But listen it’s simple. Don’t roll unless u have at least 2000 gems. Roll 10 packs and if you don’t get a copy just stop. That my advice for rolling. Unless you P2W than do what u want
I have about 3000 stored and am targeting a mythic I want, but I don’t know if I should go to 4000 just in case my luck is really bad.
I just rolled Medusa and I only got 3 shards for 2300 gems. It would cost me more gems just to get the fourth copy which is why I think 2300 isn’t enough to awaken.

Well that happened. I said on average. Go ahead and get that last shard than go back to saving gems
All together the game is rng. But on average. A myth take between 2-2.5k gems to awaken.
But generally I would assume most if not all 90% you will or should awaken the mythic at 3000 gems or lower is what I’m asking.
