I paid 20 tickets for the ultra evo ingredient mission in the Pixie Woods, and in the dungeon I captured several pixies and some extra mobs, and I had just won the boss battle when suddenly my iPhone went into lock screen mode, and when I unlocked the screen, the app rebooted, and I lost tickets, mobs and 1300 ranking exp points.
Please, help me recover what I lost without waiting 4 hours for my tickets to refill!! 
sorry, you cant reclaim that, bad timing for it to happen, youll have to wait for tickets.

sorry, but when the game closes, is out of our control. we never tell the game to shut off, only apple has control over this.
There are loads of games that don’t lock the screen if you leave it open. Hunter island didn’t lock the screen whilst playing, from what I can remember… I could be wrong though.
