Honestly this issue is really something that we don’t need. We are trying to give people a honest and fun game experience. Cheating is really sad.
All good, I thought as much. No offense was meant, but nevertheless a third party version might be a modded one which makes you automatically a cheater even if you didn’t mean it.
You can delete my previous comment if you feel it’s too offensive.
This issue is easy to solve, compare with the cheating issue.
As far as I know there are two ways to cheat.
- Use a cracked version
- Use a mod program.
so please try to download the genuine version to avoid disturbing official inspections .I also hope that the official can make this game free in more festivals.

You mean ban them also? That’s not cool they maybe spent money on the game and they didn’t cheat they just wanted to play the game and weren’t able to download it in the play store as you and me but they also contributed to the game in a positive way.

You cannot spend money if bought on third part, gem system is linked with Google play
there was a Cuban dude who said he bought like 120$ of gems I think and the person who told me that some ppl dowloaded from 3rd part are mostly from Cuba
If was downloaded from Google Play is true and he receive an electronic receipt.
Otherwise is just words.

Ok but it’s still very mean to ban people who didn’t have your chance of dowloading the game via google store just because they have restriction doesn’t mean they should be banned

True is rough, but 3rd parties games cannot be tracked, so can be modded, cracked, cheat can be used and all this cannot be tracked.
Now I am sure that most of the people have common sense and are correct players, but you never can be 100% sure.
In order to have better game experience devs are restricting online part on those accounts.
If they will have an official app one day they would be able to use their account online again.
I’m the one who purchased gems but i did through my grandfather’s google play account and with that account i downloaded the official version too when i started playing but not many people in cuba has relatives in US or other countries who can do the same for them

Of course not I’m one one of their biggest defenders that’s my point not everyone can do the same as me so the have to get the get it from 3rd parties but they are not hackers i know some of them because they are some members of my clan

I’m glad cheaters are getting banned but I feel sorry for the Cubans who just want to play the game and have no choice but to download it outside the play store.

Unfortunately.some Cuban friends have been affected. In fact.we have also been troubled by Google and iOS download issues. so our dlgz members increase very slowly.

Es verdad para nosotros los de Cuba se nos es muy difícil el descargarlo debido al bloque y tenemos que hacerlo por terceros pero eso no quiere decir que hagamos trampa como para prohibirnos la entrada al sección online. A algunos de nosotros nos encanta este juego y nos divertimos mucho con el. Aunque tengamos mala suerte en grandes casos para nacer a nuevos monstruos poderosos y que tengamos que hacerlo a través de las gemas gratis porque no se nos permite entrar en la sección de compra. Es una mala forma de dejarnos fuera cuando nos entretenemos con este juego. Y deberíamos tener los mismo derechos que las personas del resto de los otros países.
