The finger/hand there to get me to do training but im i have a league battle and cant do training but cant do anything else while hand there, how do i fix this?

I reinstalled and used transfer code but still happening, if i start a new game is there a way to restore my purchased gems?

Do you recall how it occurred? For example, did the finger appear after a certain battle or chat, or did it happen when you completed a storyline, closed the app, and then upon reopening the app, it appeared… etc?

It happened when i reached 60 training points, think as most of my monsters on the team had 60 training points to use too it prompted me to train them
