I was training my monsters with the view of working towards the new starters ultra evolves. The game crashed whilst I was training galvhare. The game crashed and the app shut down. When I reloaded the game, after clicking start game, I was taken straight to the training screen but there were no monsters present and as soon as I clicked a training card the number of training points I had left was -1. I’ve tried reloading the game, closing the app and reloading the game and shutting the iPad down and reloading the game. Every time it takes me to the training screen with the same issues. And as my training points just read -1 there is no way to just keep clicking cards and to wait until I ru out of points, has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I thought about reinstalling the app but will I lose my save if I do this?
Don’t reinstall, you will lose all your monsters. Try to contact devs on their facebookpage to find a solution.
