Thoughts on the new update?

I’ve reached the point where my collection is large enough that these nerfs really won’t hurt my chances of getting top spots much regardless of what gets chosen. I just wanted all the stupid bug frontlines gone because they’re killing frontline diversity and making things too boring.

I have no idea what you are trying to say

And you mean it is important if you reach a winrate from 92% or 93% ??

Must it be that the top 20 or top 50 are ever be the same .?

This is why the most players leave this game .
The guys cry if they fall from top 10 to top 20 if new monsters release .

I dont understand why the devs react to this guys the only thing is that this crying guys invest the most money .

If the devs nerfs monsters they should give the players the chance to change his monsters in to someting else .

Or for nerfed legandarys the chance to get the potions back .

I think the devs should now think twice before there create new monsters or moves .

Yes, please

Nerfs have always been part of the game. Try to look at the bigger picture. Right now you’re speaking as an upset Maeve owner which is totally fine but if we want to try to balance the meta as good as possible we need to try to put our personal bias aside (although it’s hard)

who’s legendary again it is?

@Dev_VKC can you change stun immunity to stun halved that making stun effects half for itself?.

Give it mark protection lol. We already established hu shin can have it on a non mark mon.

@Dev_VKC great nerfs

Players spend time making their team for ranked and it changes just before. Can we time the changes a little better and make them fall in line with the seasons?

I agree with Shikao and the others on this.

Man you’re bitter :joy: I am not remotely sad about the Maeve nerf lol. @999Cltrz

Poor Brutalaxe, I don’t agree to his nerf, makes him very useless and powercreep his awakened form. Bad business model here.

Good for Orochi and Guardtotem, they are becoming more interesting now.

I agree to the Maeve and Manti nerf, slight nerf but necessary, and kept the monster itself good like before (similar to the Poseidon nerf).

To be fair, I like what they went for: they increased Brutalaxe’s killing power, since it now has a single-sweeping option which it’s also RAW, meaning Camouflage doesn’t hard counter it anymore. It’s also a controlled sweeping option, which sometimes can be preferable over double sweeping.

The price for this was Hold Ground.
I think it was a good choice, for a monster with excellent sweeping which normally required 2 hits to kill, and the punishment for not killing it was losing two monsters, almost guaranteed.

Now it’s arguably more balanced in the risk-benefit department. It’s harder to have it get a turn, but it will also perform better when it gets a turn.

With that speed I believe he won’t even get a turn in most of the cases.

Yes, as a pure sweeper he looks brilliant, and his awakened form still is, but what you want to token heal him from? Then he’ll need a defense buff 70%+ or something similar, to survive a first hit.

Now he can bypass protectors to kill steathed enemies, you’re right, but we have to test him first how efficient his buff/nerf, or better call it change, will be.

I’m still in doubt. And I used him a lot, since I bought him with my neo ticket that time.

I think he will be a reason for a tier list discussion in the 2nd form section.

devs forgot that a lot buff sanctallion is on the online story(especially hellmode)danggg i didn’t finish it yet and there it is another that if you killed you will be stunned and have shield for whole enemies what a greeatttt nerf.

if a buff wraith captain is big problem how about fighting this unlimited?

By himself, no. But there’s a lot of ways to help monsters get a turn more reliably.

You can use a 90%+ Shield Ally monster like Taloknight, Apollorexus or Bovolcus. The first two monsters can also Accelerate Team and then get Cannibalized.

You can run it close to a tanky Give Turn monster, like Focalforce or Utopion. You can run it after Dusicyon to make it so it enters already shielded. You can put protector by its side.

I think it’s more than fair that a monster with a double piercing oneshot option, which requires one Rockoid at the end of the team, needs a bit of setup to work
