It’s the Mushroom Parent from Dark Souls!
In the place where you first find them, they’re found together by the smaller Mushroom Children, which are small, clumsy and they usually ignore you.
Contrarily to them, though, Mushroom Parents are aggressive, have high HP and one single attack, a long windup punch that can and will oneshot you, or damage + deplete your stamina + guard break if you have your shield up.
Hence the nickname One Punch Shroom.
