i just want to take a moment to thank the devs for all their hard work trying to make the game more enjoyable for us.
between the DLGZ Scandal and all these problems with the update i imagine its been a pretty rough couple of months for you guys.
I want you to know we appreciate the work thats going on behind the scenes.
you might not always be as upfront about whats happening as I’d like - however, between giving away free Mythics and a whole stack of gems it shows us that you at least listen and care about your clients which is more than can be said for most game franchises.
I’d also like to say thanks for keeping up with the design quality.
Granted, waifus are definity a necessary evil to keep the game going, still this game really has some of the most aesthetically pleasing monsters designs I’ve ever seen in a monster-catching game!
I wonder what would’ve happened if they had to postpone anni till the next day ! Would people still feel this way? I know I would, but I’m just curious lol.
it doesn’t matter when we get it. what matters is the work put in by the devs so that we can get it at all. i know there are still people having issues but the devs are trying their best to find a solution.
This Unity update caused a big trouble, but we can see devs are doing their best to fix it. The people that keep putting pressure (in a rude way) and blaming the devs probably don’t know even the basics of coding.
To the people complaining about the delay… A little more than 24 hours without playing NM? Don’t you have anything else to do/play?
Programming is difficult. I’m having the “unable to connect” problem, but it’s not really an issue for me (it actually gave me some time to study further). Daily login bonus will last until November, while the Neo Ticket will last until December. A day without NM won’t kill anyone.
If they weren’t updating the game, Play Store wouldn’t even allow it to be shown for you to download, so… Be patient. Complaining won’t make the game fix itself.
Dev_VKC, Dev_BRD, and the ZigZaGame team, you’re doing a great job. Keeping a game alive for so long takes effort, and you’re doing it really well.
The data is encoded information, ready to be entered and processed by a computer which does not justify the delay, it is true that I think they are doing a good job with this issue but it seems to me that they are taking too long, another game had already solved it.
Fixing bugs and malfunctions requires extensive testing, beyond simple troubleshooting, to make sure the measures taken don’t have unwanted repercussions.
This is not just a matter of putting readily available data into the machine, this involves problem solving and coming up with a solution that takes future updates/projects into account.
A friend of mine is a solo developer and he has to go through this everytime he finds a bug/exploit in his project. Imagine what the development team of an online game with (I assume) tens of thousands of active players has to go through.
all games have thousands of active players and solve similar problems in much less time, a game that makes a few thousand dollars of which pays the salary to personal programmers ect should deal with this faster, you are talking as if 5 people were solving the problem, let us remember that zizagame is a company that not only has a game, therefore it does not have a lack of personnel or means to solve this
Guys, is it really hard to wait a few days for devs to solve the problems? I’m sure they’re working as fast as they can. There is no need to be that hard on them.
They already gave some compensation gems, and that said, 10 gems is a nice amount.
of course 2 new and great super epics , for me it may take a month I am not in a hurry the game works perfectly for me, I just say that any company would have already solved it
I thought it was perfect. New implementation of the ticket thanks @Dev_VKC I would like the game to continue to take different directions and create new things for the players and for. Mi is one of the games that I have paid my attention to the most, it becomes really addictive
