So I made this topic for fun, I just wanted to know who are the people who chooses Shadow monsters and those who chooses Holy monsters.

Shadow helped me during online missions
While holy helped me beat astrahasis and the champion so even though I don’t use many holy now il say holy since it helped me when I first started

Team God feather beat the whole game with just penguini including athrasis he’s just too dam OP
But I’d have to go with shadow on my other account my first 2 rolls were a dark slither and a talopawn so yea dark
Over reliance on a last biter would be your ultimate downfall.
That being said, I would have to go with both shadow and holy, as I love both of them! Rexo, Ultimadragon, Serapheon, Nightrider are all indispensable to me.
Aegon last biters are good but try to sweep me with him and you will get destroyed
I met a guy who only fielded a Godfeather, and he was destroyed by my Tiamazus after he did his one and only last bite lol.

i have no legends but from what i’ve seen holy cuz of ultimadrake and aegisdragon
It’s really hard for me to decide because both colors serve very different but useful functions: holy keeps me alive, while shadow will make sure no one is alive.
I will have to go with shadow because of the game changing power of Rexo and Nightrider.
I love Aegis, Ultima Dragon (which needs another festival egg), and Angeleon, they are balanced defensive /support monsters.
Agreed with this. They go really well together with holy being defensive and supporting and shadow being the agressive OHKO.
I’d also have to go with shadow as the dmg mainly cause from them with alphagear rexo nightrider nightlord and shadowbaron
Same - shadow with Rexo, nightrider and nightlord is hard to beat
Shadow and Holy go hand in hand. It’s hard to actually build a team made up purely of either shadow or holy.
You could make a solely shadow team I think, you have a couple of shadow supports like shadowyrm and gearhound that would hold it together, whereas there are very few offensive holy monsters.
But then you would lose great supports like Serapheon and Ultimadragon. It would still be decent, but not as good as team with a mix of holy and shadow.
You can also make an assisted holy team, pretty strong actually.
You only have like 2 main attackers though, and once those go you have nothing but supports. Which is cool, but useless for dealing damage.
Omega, tiamazus, celestrion, sanctallion, luxking, shadowstalker, and the list goes on. Idk about you but that seems to be way more than 2 attackers to me.
