You need some support arks. PvP isn’t about spamming AoE constantly – it requires much more strategy than PvE.

First off, i agree with crystal. Here are some tips:
Pair guardiron with two other holy arks. (Halopard and another holy works nicely, especially pegasion.
Dont use that many dragons. Its pretty dangerous. One destructor could potentially wipe out your team.
SUPPORT ARKS
Just check some of my threads or suggestions to others for some ideas on lineups
For support:Raioh,Grem,Chopper,or Halopard are great.Take out some dragons,as jj said.
Also sapherion can be a huge asset with all te starting wind and earth teams running around.
Which dragons should I take out
Pyrowyrm,Ventowyrm,Plasmorex,and Necrodrake would be a good start.Replace with Gremknight,Angelon,Halopard,and either Chopperbug or Raioh.
Halopard often leaves my opponents cringing not because of its attacks but that my Don Penguini and Tremorback are now reinforced with 225 DEF/RES 
Anubis is a good healer that is more bulk-based than Angeleon and dents foes with its Ally Holy, and teamed up with your Guardiron and Angeleon and…*Shivers*
