My suggestion for your team is rather unconventional but could be fun if it works.
i would evolve both of your thlugs. and the dark 5 star bird nefariodon, along with the legendary winterwing (polareon) and the dark dragon Shinobidragon.
have a front line of stratustrike, the 2 thlugs and XYZ for stun protection and double survivor.
put nefariodon in 5th, polareon 6th and shinobidragon 6th. then FD salvia
the idea is to put everything to sleep with strarustrikes One on One. then use one thlug to cannibalize the other one bringing nefariodon into play. you can then use its mark to target three sleeping monsters or use pullback on the to bring your other sleep entry monsters into play. at your Hero Rank that alone should be able to control most matches. nefariodon can sweep with bloodthirst and your two double survivor monsters can be helped by salvias give turn and protection
for endgame you could use atlantyrant followed by banedragon, the toxic entrance will poison everything for atlantyrants to sweep.
use your remaining mythics, timberlord and noxdrake to cause havoc midgame. dont forget to add a couple stun absorbers too. leoronix is better than people give credit for.
should also work for PvE.

I’m rly bad in building team so i use this team for both of it
For PvP u can mak e a link water setup with fds and Polareon .
A fl with
Fd salvia (no need to evolve )
, Fd blue (evolve)
, pola , cyclozar(evolve) 5th polareon (evolve with ss)
6th water auto protect with stun absorber would be decent front .
7th would be gangrilla.
8th metatherion (no need to evolve)
9th cynthia
10th wraithhost .(no need to evolve)

Fir the end u have magmarinus so building a link fire would be great.

Guys are polaboss , grovadues , solblaze worth ultra evolving (for pve)or are they more cost effective in Thier 8 cost form? Also does polaboss second form activate bear brigade( prismpaw).
Polaboss for sure .
Grovodeus u won’t ever use.
Solblaze don’t evolve it has 8 cost sleep all revenge which u can use for cannibalize in PvP.
