The reason is u still don’t have all units to actually build a team.
You need more to build particular pvp teams.
And about pve, you just have to play with a team and if you lose any then just change your team in a way that counters that team. You will need a pot more mons to build some pvp strategy

I see Sherox already gave you good advice!
About the shop, Poseidon is a great choice for PvP and also PvE if you have some Abyss Soldiers. Fokus, Antistan, Breaker and Myst are especially good used with him.
Hanzowolf is a good choice for PvE, sometimes it can win matches for you in the endgame just by itself. For PvP it’s a bit too stiff.
You also might want to get Bulbieboom. Honestly, I was really surprised how good it is. Won me many matches in PvP when I managed to bring in the opponent’s stun before they could kill Bulbie.
I recommend waiting until the limited time monsters in the ticket shop are updated (I think it will be in a few weeks) and then decide.

Does this team look good for PVE? I am just looking for some suggestions on what monster to ultra evolve. maybe there might be some mons that I didn’t know had good potential for PVE.

Let’s ignore all this stuff .
Your team lacks a swepeR in pve (considering things to be a little buffed) for the first 7 monsters
Only bloom is the one which actually is a sweeper.
Personally I am not a fan of using camo in the front a backend or mid camo with vainess and bloom would be a lot better.
Talking about geartyrant it doesn’t have much support going on with him.
U can pair geartyrant with some sleep bomb or a infinite stun combination with raizen amd saintfeather swap for helper .
Also it will be good to use silent night along with geartyrant .
Rocolosus with the frog guy is great mark some stuffs if you can and then follow it with Mark bomb
Oh wait I have some cool comp ideas according to your team
Start with skele auro rocollo and frogge followed by 1-2 DR .
use Nefradion at 6th for Mark bomb

U can evolve dame devil and pair it with raizen and saintfeather .
The combo will be swap devil enters then silent night .
Once DS triggers swap for helper devil for another revenge and this time raizen will help u out with stun or get yourself an awakened lemon from shared to easily go for another DS trigger.
Try geartyrant with sleep bombs .
Angelion with soul exchange is good maybe at 7th will be good
Endgame should be vainess along with bloom and some legendary cloners fir ritual 6
