This just make me crazy, every day i use my silver key, i need one water pyramid.
So far, i have:
2 fire
10 earth
6 thunder
10 nox
6 heaven
…
Is this happening to all? I wish so. 
Water pyramid has always been more of a rare drop…I got more pyramids than you…But i manage to accumulate 2 water pyramids…
Yeah, it’s random, and not only piramids but harps, lamps etc.
I lack of heaven and have more water than needed. I can feel your pain… I went 3 days with no heaven when I just need one. It’s Murphy law…
Well it seems like exaclty the piramyd you need won’t appear, i say this by experience.

I have the opposite luck with pyramids. I seem to always get the ones I want. Funny you say that you need a water pyramid when I also needed two yesterday to evolve Wolfrozor and Coldheart and the game was nice enough to give me 3 in 4 consecutive runs yesterday. I also needed a geo pyramid which I got as well. Its been eerily often that I go into the pyramid mission thinking I need a certain pyramid and the game just throws it at me. Now…the harps on the other hand…they kept messing with me in the beginning, going days without the one I needed.
But harps can just be obtained from online missions. The pyramids are just playing the odds.
Had 30 geomids at one point with 3-4 of the other ones
Geomids hate me with a vengeance.
Not sure if I have horrible luck with cryptamids or not. 1/83 runs so far…
Yeah, which is why I said “in the beginning” Now they’re too easy to obtain when I have all the chapters in online story mode accessible.
Got two of them in my last two runs. Now I have 4 - and no use for them…
Begging for a Aeromid on every run since a week and finally got one today. Too bad I need more of them… so happy grinding continues.
I spent a whole week searching for a cryptamid, 3-6 runs a day with nothing but Luxmids to show for it. I must have accumulated over 50 of them. I only keep as many as I need though considering I’ve got almost all monsters to ultra evolve now (working my way through them slowly…).
It depends on what element monster you want to evolve. For example, if you want to evolve a thunder one, you will always get other five pyramids…

I honestly think there is an algorithm in place in which you are least likely to receive the pyramid you have least of. Which is why you need a water to ultra evolve and that means you have none so it seems like it’s reading your mind and not giving you the one you want.

I literally posted a topic on the exact same issue as this one a month ago and basically told the problem that no aquamids were dropping was my fault and that I should run off. Funny how much help this one gets. This forum is full of people I don’t share a mindset with
But to the guy who made this thread just keep going mate- at least your hero rank will be rising which will come in useful later in the game

This epopea just finished. Ahahaha.
But ye, we all have to remind this is just a game, happen.
(Yesterday i won the last march for the challenge, so i was soooo happy, lv 100… But was 1:07 am… Not counted 
out of rank 400 for this… But still happy
