I cannot for the life of me find the raiders that have made camp by the mountains east of Finam. Where are they hiding???

Not exactly sure where, but go through all of the teeny mountains. If you already did that, go up the big mountains.
I haven’t played this game in a year or something, so I can’t remember, but I think they may be where I circled on the attached picture. Sorry if they aren’t, though – I’m replaying the game now, so, if you still can’t find it by the time I get there, I will definitely tell!
