So I just got a Shisaguard (C Rank) and I was wondering if I should replace Snowja in my line up.
Snowja’s Xenoslash is very strong but his health is very poor at 1086.
Shisaguard’s Xenowind is a tad bit weaker than Xenoslash but his health is better at 1512.
What’s your opinion? Should I switch Snowja with Shisaguard? What other benefits are there to Shisaguard?
Personally, I don’t like either. Shisa has mysticbane, but it’s very, very underpowered.
Snowja has metal slash, which will become increasingly useful. Many of the best unreleased monsters coming in future missions are metal type.
If just looking at the Xeno attack Shisaguard is better, as its only costs 160 TU.
However, you can try it, when the opponent has a Wind Ark in the line up, Shisaguard’s damage output becomes EXTREMELY poor. Chopperbug’s timestrike may do better than it. And there are many Wind Arks, chopperbug, grem knight, raioh, don, typhoonwyrm, stegospike etc.
Its Mystic Bane is useless.
And being a beast, Shisaguard’s survivability is actually not that much higher than Snowja.
Snowja’s moveset is much better. And he looks cool!
I agree with you.
Since there are so many stun teams out there, it’s very difficult to use Shisaguard’s Xeno because of the Arks you mentioned above.
Snowja’s element only has a few I have to worry about and it’s pretty strong if I can pull off a no guard.
I just wish they release Shadowstalker, Mossgolem, & Destructor because I joined the game late and they’re difficult to deal with in PvP.
