Yup, I realised it over time. I moved it up to S- and was going to put it in S+ in the very next update, meanwhile I was frequently complaining about it to the Devs. It created a very unfun experience and was meta-warping.
This shiny verison is almost like they’re accepting the recommendations from the forum were completely correct. Payback revenge was the main thing that needed changing and then you have a strong, but fair, monster. It looks like a nice monster for certain teams.
Yup, the high defence does matter a lot. 9.5k defence vs this one with 3.3k will make a huge difference. The huge defence is part of what made the old Skeleviathan so oppressive. It’s also why it’s now underrated. Basically nobody uses it but it’s still a viable monster. Tortogeist kind of overshadows it but it can be a big wall and it’s still getting that kill even if there’s a window of time to kill other threats before it protects.
