Assuming you are in the last battle, use AoE attacks to get rid of the rockoids and a stealth all/ purifying mist monster to stop Terragar hitting you with double survivor. Then use preferably a Fire bloodfury or bloodthirst monster. Ashterios and Djinzar for example are quite good here.
Or simply if you have monsters with moves such as clone next create duplicate they also work. Terra hat will ko itself
