Hi, I would like to talk to the dev about an issue I had regarding data transfer. My phone crashed recently and it made me do a factory reset on it. I know my transfer number, which was all I was aware that I needed in order to get my account back, but when I redownloaded the app and tried getting my account back, it looks like I need to input a safe code too. I don’t know what the safe code is. I never set one up as I never knew I was going to need to get my account back. How do I get my account back if I don’t have a safe code. I do have my transfer number, just not the safe code as I don’t even know what that is and I never set one up

What happens if you just leave it blank?

VKC mentioned, that the safe code is optional.

I’m hearing the safe code from you for the first time. I thought having the transfer code was enough to connect the account. Download the game and restore it and enter your restore code in the game.It will be easier to solve if you show the part where you get the error with SS.

I tried leaving it blank and it says there is an error with either the transfer number or the safe code. And I know for a fact that the transfer number is correct. I have record of it in an email that I sent to support over a different issue. And they were able to locate my problem and fix it using my transfer number. So I know it is the correct one. I’m not sure what else could be the problem

When I start to load the game, where it says tap to show transfer number, it’s blank, which I assume it means that the gameplay has been reset, as if I was playing for the first time, but when I try to hit transfer data and type in the transfer number, it comes up with the error saying either my transfer number or the safe code is incorrect

I figured it out now. I had to uninstall and reinstall the game again and then it worked. Must’ve been something weird with when I installed it first after doing the factory reset on my phone, but it works fine now
