Hello I forgot my safe code but I have the transfer number what to do, I reset my phone to factory, which started this I contacted customer service however I made a mistake in hero rank however it said to also provide a purchase receipt which I can’t give since the purchase wasn’t made by me, plus the account was given to me.

It has been a month since I contacted customer service

Is there still any hope to reclaim the account?
I don’t wanna grind 500 gems again😔

If it’s not your original account then I don’t think they will help you. Account sharing/gifting is technically not allowed and definitely not endorsed by the company.

The only thing I can imagine working is getting the original owner to fix the problem with support then gift the account to you again.

Better yet, don’t piggy back off someone else’s account and work on your own :stuck_out_tongue:
