So i haven’t played in a while and I have my transfer number in a screenshot but when i try to use it it also ask me for a safe code, which I don’t recall configuring to begin with, is there any way to retrieve this second code using the first one?

I tried leaving the space empty or filling it with 0 but it still saying that it is incorrect

Edit: I saw other posts like this and tried restart my phone and even unistalling and reistalling the game but it still saying that one of the codes its wrong

You don’t need to put in the safe code if you’ve never created one. All you need is the main restore code.

It’s probably a simple difference between “O” and “0”

The transfer number only has one lowercase “o”.

Do you remember your transfer no. If yes , then just enter it.

I have a screenshot of my transfer number, I am using it but it keeps saying that the safe code its incorrect, and I dont recall having a safe code

Please contact support or @Dev_VKC directly, if you have the screenshot and your purchase ID, they’ll surely be able to help you to figure out the problem.

Please beware to not share the screenshot or your number here, just share requested data to official support.

Quick update: I found my old phone stored away and after charging it, I found a screenshot with both the transfer number and the safe code, so I was able to restore my account. Thank you so much for the advice!
