I’m guessing from the way its worded, it’s 100% chance to block and since each ally other than her gets it, if your opponent uses a move that does not focus: there is a chance that each attack will miss the target you were going for just like having multiple monsters on the field who activated protect teammates or Auto-protect+. Seems like a really nice move on a monster with two lives.
I have learned my lesson to not judge early so it seems both nice and balanced but I could be horribly wrong in the good or bad way.
She looks like a good pair for Risu or Selkette

Might as well put the game pegi 18. At least like that there will be a reason to feast your eyes, because with woolala and vespia who almost show us nipples we now have this. It’s hard to play in front of people. Even I had unpleasant moments where I was forced to justify myself in relation to what I was doing. So changing categories we will have a real reason to hide

It appears as though she’s never wearing anything down there in any form, including the child form. They just keep plowing the line. It won’t be “too far” until they draw butt holes and nips on these girls.

Damn I just noticed that , she is 
the design is amazing, I just think her tail is a little to big but it’s okay anyway, the fact of she doesn’t have underwear (Cinder doesn’t have either but is difficult to notice) makes me think this year is gonna have a lot of good designs
