Bro in my case and other ones, we have accounts from Spain or USA and we can download the app because we paid for it, but in the case of the must cuban players they canāt, because Cuba donāt have any payment service, so could you put the app in Play Store free for Cuba you will not be selling paid apps in Cuba, because you are not selling the app, you will put the app free. Please, look at this, Cuba is a friend country of Japan, please help us, we love Neo

Yes,we know and understand all you just explained,but you could provide the apk on a website were only cubans could download it, due to the fact that we are the ones that can not pay it(do not know if this situation exists in another country too).Iām talking about a lot of players,an entire clan loyal to Neo monsters,that has been privated of this great game. We have been months, and some players,years, playing neo,and suddenly we can not keep on doing it. Itās really sad, so I hope you consider the option I suggested. It would not be difficult to you to create a site were could download the apk. After all,many sites did this. All 'till now.
