Hey guys, hoping I haven’t lost my game and really need some help here. My phone was having network problems, location services didn’t work and wifi couldn’t be found and so on. Anyways apple told me to restore my phone so I did a backup and restore and my Neo Monsters data didn’t save! I am in full panic right now, I don’t have my transfer code but if the data is auto-saved online their might be hope yes?? If someone else had this problem and solved it please let me know how I can’t lose my game it would destroy me.

They seem to be more active on the neo monsters facebook page for some reason.
Try both but I would go with that first.
