Is been few years since I play evertale, may I know how to recover my data?

There should be a restore code which hopefully you noted down somewhere. If not, the way it’s done in Neo Monsters (so may be the same in Evertale) is you contact support and share an image of your purchase history in the game (if you never spent money then you should have one from downloading the game). Also, tell them various details about your account like its level, any SSRs you had, etc. Basically you’re proving to them that the account is yours with the image and some information that matches the account.
If anyone knows better how it works in Evertale then go ahead and share
