Question about Rare Arkadions

Hi,
So I’m a “completionist” and I was hunting for skullrex(?) up in the top part of crescent island - and I’ve been coming across various rare dragon Arkadions - including a pyro dinosaur lizard and necodrake. Both were uncatchable.

I was just wondering their purpose, why they show up there or… Well, any info would be helpful.

• most probably those rare arks were summon by glycol or another ark.
