Even i have no clue why this is happening in first place . But itās kinda hilarious that we hav started nerfing even a thread name when the owner is absentā¦?..

Given there are a bunch of options and we can only pick one, I donāt think the original name having below 50% of the votes is significant.
What weād need is a multi-select poll where people select all options theyāre okay with. Iām sure from that weād see more than 50% choosing the old nameā¦ hence no need to change it.
This is democracy to a new level . Interfering into other peopleās thread names even if it wasnāt offensive . Not cool tbh ā¦
I suggested we changed it, but I didnāt feel strongly either way. It was more of a throwaway suggestion. I didnāt think it would cause this much Drama

What on earth are you guys on about? At this point this is the official PvP thread and probably the thread that has the most comments on the forum, so the name change was actually an upgrade! It has nothing to do with the original creator of the thread, Saitama.
I understand why people are fond of the original name but a more simple name makes a lot more sense especially when joining forum members are concerned. That being said, if the majority want the name to stay the same, Iām totally happy with it.

I understand your point of view but you (and Gary) are taking the whole thing out of context and making it more dramatic than it should ever have been, taking the issue to personal levels involving individual forum users. I get it when itās the initial response but why carry on with it still?

The old name was a running joke but watching people choosing this meaningless hill to die on is fun.
To add to that list, we gotta revert the RAW buff as well. All hail the mighty Bloomeluga!
Iāve closed the poll because this has been going on long enough. It was very close between the two very long names but overall the old name won. Unfortunately, we can only pick one of the two so Iām going to go with the old name. We can do another poll in the future if people want to. I recommend first having a thread where everyone suggests names before then starting a poll where people can choose multiple options.
