how about for later events we see a no legendary pvp event?
i would like to see the heavy spending players
with all legendary monsterd do with SE and epic monsters
The PVP will erode by event SE(like robinator)
It’s a serious penalty for someone who does not have it.
It would rather play with same unit than no legendary.

It wount matter much becuase they have access to limited se like gearcroc etc which will act like legendaries so it doesn’t matter much.
And they will still do a better job then you 
so a common monsters only pvp 
How about a drafting pvp? That would basically solve your perceived problem.
