PvP Rewards Season 2 ("the improved" ones)

Please, don’t justify giving 1M silver as a good reward. Don’t make a fool of yourself trying to defend their decisions.

Veterans can get 840k silver using 1 gem to recharge the tickets and get those 4 battles done in less than 5 minutes.

Hey guys, don’t you think the position where silver coins appear is strange? I think it used to be something else there, and then it was replaced by the boss.

Now you can farm gems for every twenty victories

Which is what was previously done with rp points

The good thing is, only 24000 wins and you can have guaranteed mythic copy.

I apologize, but I need to clarify.

The reward system after Grand Champion is similar to our previous RP system, but you will receive a gem and a nectar (small) alternately instead of a gem and a youth fruit.

Also need to specify: is 20 net victories

I would like to share my opinion about the current PvP 2.0 Season 2 event.

As a 95% PvE player, my aims are mainly the ingredient rewards, so I would like to say, until the Alteramid, so everybody can have a good image of which reward point I’d like to aim for.

To reach this point, I have to play about 58 wins, I might have miscalculated about +/- a few, so let’s say 60, since I might not straight away get a win streak starting amethyst league.

The rewards for this 60 wins are, compared to the previous PVP 1.0 event, one Ocarino less at previously 50 wins and also missing an Omegamid. The ingredient rewards till this stage were approximately comparable to the previous 40.000 level, which could be done at about 40 wins. We have as an addition a few x-mouth, 1 six star ticket and an Alteramid more. I’m not even counting in the two extra legendary potions from before from 70/85 wins reward.

The grind factor is 33% more, 20 extra wins compared to the 40.000.

So as a summary, for me it’s easy to reach the Alteramid, that is no question, but my account is high and my PvP playing ability is average and good enough to easily reach.

A very nice adjustment in season 2 is the fact, that losses doesn’t count until including the crystal league. That let the long win grind (with a 50% win rate that’s about 120 matches) take place without stress.

Here comes the problem I see with beginner/weaker accounts. Starting amethyst league, you will need wins in a row. This is similar to the 30.000 to 40.000 range before, with the difference that I was with 28 wins already at the 30.000 mark.

I like to guess what a newer player, without previous experience will aim for. He wants to get the Alteramid, because he likes to evolve Shiny Spectrefox or Shiny Gearcroc, two essential monsters for low and mid level PvE. He wants to get the two legendary potions to pot his Chronozeros for evolvement or his one crescendo monster for game of hordes. Very tough to get that two ingredients elsewhere apart from Whales Treasure and Mythic Colosseum as a new player. I imagine the win rate of beginners laying, thanks to the still weak matchmaking (having said that, the matchmaking indeed definitely went better already), probably way less than 50%. Reaching that 60 wins might be over 200 matches. That’s a lot to grind and the hurdle of amethyst leagues win streak might destroy the goal of reaching that ingredients, even after the high level grinding effort. As a conclusion I would recommend to set the streak requirement straight after the last ingredient, and before the gem/rare gem area.

Another nice addition is the no ticket system during the 1st half, that makes PvP definitely more relaxed.

The kill count should be adjusted that it also counts at a retreat, because I cannot give away wins anymore when matchmaking fails badly. Also remaining monsters should be counted as kills when the opponent gives up. It can be a struggle to even reach 30 kills if all opponents run away straight off and I would have definitely won the matches anyway.

My summary is, season two is much better already than season one, with still a few things to tweak here and there, but in general the developers did a great job already.

There is two kinds of people: the ones who show off their ws proudly and people like you giving wins to new players ! For me I will choose always you !

Since it’s net wins, just give 1 gem every 30 wins no need for fruit.
