My friend is playing neo monsters too but he have a problem .
If he isnt connected as Wifi and try to find a match he will find it but at the connection to server the game will make him back to the menu.
We tough it was because his phone was really older but he bought a new phone and surprise ?!
The game is doing the same things… if not on wifi its not working.
Do you have guys an idea of what we can do to play without wifi please ?
The signal is as higher as you can have when not on wifi. The problem is only on neo monsters and not other apply.
I have the same issue. That’s why I play always on mobile data. Losing because of it is frustrating after getting disconnected the game asks you immediately to reconnect which never worked for me. I got an instant loss. What helped was to restart the app to reconnect to the game. But here again there is the issue with the loading time on my s8😅
We have found that certain service providers are blocking connection to our PvP server, which is causing this issue. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this, and you will have to contact your service provider (specifically they are blocking connections to a AWS server in the US).
So far we have determined this is an issue with the EE service provider in the UK, but if you are having this issue with a different service provider, please let me know what one you are using.
