PvP not connecting to opponent

I’m asking on behalf of my brother here…
Ever since the start of this PvP season when he tries to find a match it does the usual bits but when it says “connecting to opponent” it then loads back to the PvP screen rather than into the match. I’ve seen others complain about this before and was wondering if there was any particular fix or if support has been able to help effectively in these cases.

Can anyone enlighten me?

I had the same problem in the previous PvP I just switched from my WiFi to mobile data and it worked.

But you are not (or your brother) losing any ticket or points don’t you? I commented this already a few months ago when somebody complained about connection issues. It’s possible that while connecting to match that your opponent disconnects or cancel matchmaking. It shouldn’t occur that often since the probability for that in all matches shouldn’t be high

He’s tried WiFi both at home and at work plus he said he tried mobile data. I’ll see if I can investigate with him tomorrow.

So with your cases it wasn’t working on WiFi but started working at a later date? Did you have to wait a whole season or did it suddenly work one day?

For me it was all good in the next day morning.But I still get connection problem while trying to play dual PvP in WiFi to this very day.

I’ve had this problem for so long on data it’s frustrating
I can only ever use wifi to play pvp

Really same case with mine, happened just after the update, now everytime “conecting to opponent” it’s just going back to the PvP screen, i wonder if there’s solutions for this weird behaviour, also i did change back n forth between data or wifi, still unsolved…

@Dhewa_Whisnu_Alam This issue was with a specific network provider in the UK. It was resolved years ago. If you’re getting kicked back to the main PvP screen repeatedly then try closing and reopening the game as well as disconnecting and reconnecting to your WiFi / network. Usually it’s just a problem with your connection with the server at the time. If the problem persists then contact support about it.
